Ad description : Hello, My name is Stephanie, I study Marketing I'm 21 and I live with my boyfriend in a lovely and green area of Bordeaux. We're pretty close to the tramway (10 minutes walk, line A), and the bus stops just in front of our building. We have a fantastic view on the river (la Garonne) and we're really close (30 meters), to the Jardin Botanique (a beautiful area with an artificial lake, thousands of plants, etc...). Our building is quite recent (builded in 2001), quiet and clean (our neighbours are working people in their 30-40, or retired). Our apartment is quite large (90m² + balcony), we have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms (+ separated toilets) and a medium-sized kitchen. The living room is really large (30m²) with an Imac for the visitors and a huge Tv with DVD player, Wii, and all that stuff. So, we have an extra room and the friend who used to live there just finished her internship in Bordeaux, so we'd like to share our apartment with someone else :) Personnaly, I'd love to share it with a foreign student or worker, 'cause I'm a couchsurfing adept and I love the concept (sharing, learning other cultures and languages...) About the room : It's a tiny room (10m²), with a window, you'll have a single bed but if you want, we can buy a larger one. BUT, you have your own bathroom (little shower behind a door), and everything is included : rent, water, electricity, internet...you'll just have to buy your own groceries (or participate...) You'll have a closet to store your stuff and we can buy more furniture if you need it. About us : I'm not a "party" person, i don't do in alcohol except wine (maybe because of the region...my boyfirend is a wine-lover and passionate), so don't expect to see a lot of people hanging here every night (perfect if you have tuff days or a lot of homework). :) We're what people usually call "geeks" so we won't disturb you ^^ We like to travel and visit a lot of museums, go to the cinema, wine-bars, discover restaurants... I LOVE food and I think I'm a pretty good cook. I'm a vegetarian since 2007. My boyfriend isn't but we don't cook meat at home. I make vegetarian and vegan stuff, usually for dinner. So if you're a veg* or interested in it, you'll be more than welcome :) We can speak in english if you prefer, or french if you wanna improve your french skills (anyway we do need to improve our rusty english too ^^') To finish, I have to precise that this post is only for people who can live with several animals :) (that's why I looked for vegans in the first place). Indeed, I have 3 cats, and I take care of 2 more abandoned and old cats. They're friendly and quiet, and everything is clean, but if you have an allergy or something like that I think it won't go well ^^' As you probably asked yourself, we have a 3rd room...which is occupied by my ferrets (4), who are very friendly too (they don't bite at all), they love to play with cats and humans ^^. So, if you don't know the ferrets or if you're not precisely attracted by them it won't be a problem because they're in an independant room (that was the purpose). Huh...what else?
